<aside> 💡 SportsVision Tip: In SportsVision, coaches can view team details, edit or delete teams, and manage roles and their evaluations. They can create custom roles and assign them to athletes, making it easy to keep the team organized and ensure everyone understands their responsibilities.

How to Manage Teams and Roles

1. Login: Login to SportsVision and choose your profile as a “Coach”.
2. Click on the Team tab to view the teams you coach**.**
3. Select the specific Team you want to manage.
4. Click the three dots icon (⋮) to access options:
   1. Team info
   2. Team Roles and Evaluation
   3. Assign Role to Athlete.

1. Click Team info to view your team information and use the dots icon (⋮) to :

   1. Edit Team- Change the team name, description, and icon. Only the primary coach can edit.

   2. Leave Team- The primary coach must assign another coach as the Primary before leaving.

   3. Delete Team- Only the primary coach can delete a team.

      

   4. View athlete profile- The Primary Coach can view athlete information and message the athlete.

   5. View athlete records- Coaches can access the athlete’s assessment records.

   6. Assign Role- A coach can assign roles to athletes based on the sport.

   7. Remove athletes- Coaches can remove athletes from the team.

      

   8. View other Coach Profiles- Primary Coach can view other coach’s profiles and message them.

   9. Promote/Demote- The Primary Coach can promote and demote remaining coaches to primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary roles.

   10. Remove Coach- Primary Coach can remove remaining coaches as a coaching staff member.

2. Click Team Roles and Evaluation Metrics to see the default roles and their evaluation metrics:
   1. Click the Custom tab to create new roles.
   2. Click on the”+” icon enter the role name and click Submit.
   3. use the dots icon (⋮) to add evaluation metrics or delete the custom role.
   4. Tap Evaluation Metrics and click on the “+” icon to create a custom evaluation
   5. Enter the aspect, max score, and description, and click Submit.

1. Click Assign role to Athlete to add roles to the athletes:

   1. Choose the athlete from the list, select the role from the drop-down menu, and click Assign
